SOL Baltics values its employees and diversity

Diversity is important to us. Every employee is unique, bringing with them their skills, experience and background. We believe that a team that values diversity is both productive and cohesive. There is more to our differences than just words.

Since 2020, SOL has proudly carried the label ‘Respecting differences’. It shows that we foster an inclusive working environment and support our employees. We have been awarded this label once again for the period from 2024-2026.

At SOL, our employees are our greatest asset. We value sustainable and responsible business practices and respect people’s differences. Diversity is more than just a slogan for us: it is an essential component of our company’s DNA.

SOL has put together an 11-person focus group to address diversity and inclusion. Their task is to create a strategy and action plan to further improve our workplace.

The focus group has established five main goals for itself over the next two years:

  1. Raising awareness of diversity
  2. Developing a more inclusive recruitment process
  3. Mapping the gender pay gap
  4. Raising awareness of the system for reporting discrimination
  5. Supporting the mental health of our employees

Promoting diversity and inclusion in SOL is an ongoing process. With the help of the focus group and management team, we will become an even more successful and innovative company in which everyone’s contribution is valued. This is our contribution to a society where everyone feels respected and recognized. Together, we can create positive change.
