At the anniversary celebration in Tartu, one of the day\u2019s honorees was cleaning service employee Anneli, who is marking 15 years at SOL. She shares how she entered this profession, what motivates her, and what she values most in her work.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Anneli\u2019s 15 Years at SOL: \u201eI love seeing cleanliness come to life!\u201c<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Anneli joined SOL through her previous workplace: \u201eI was already working at MyFitness in the shopping center, then SOL took over the site, and I joined the company as well.\u201c That\u2019s how her journey in the cleaning industry began. Anneli\u2019s workday starts early in the morning. She takes care of the cleanliness of several small stores and, for nearly a year now, has also been responsible for keeping SOL\u2019s Tartu office clean.<\/p>\n

What does she love most about this job? \u201eI love that I create cleanliness and see the results immediately. When something is dirty and I make it clean \u2013 that brings a great feeling!\u201c What motivates Anneli the most is positive feedback: \u201eWhen someone says a kind word or gives a compliment, it boosts my motivation!\u201c She believes that even a small gesture of appreciation can make a person\u2019s day much better.<\/p>\n

There are challenges in the job, but mostly they are related to people. Anneli doesn\u2019t find the cleaning process itself difficult: \u201eSometimes colleagues come to share their concerns, and I listen to them and try to give advice,\u201c she says. She feels that her colleagues appreciate her calm and balanced nature.<\/p>\n

When asked what she would do if she weren\u2019t working at SOL, she quickly replies that she has never thought about it: \u201eAs a child, I wanted to work with horses, even dreamed of becoming a veterinarian \u2013 we had a horse at home.\u201c Today, her passion for horses has been replaced by an interest in gardening: \u201eI really enjoy gardening and growing flowers in an ecological way!\u201c Speaking about hobbies, Anneli says she would love to read more if only she had the time.<\/p>\n

Anneli believes that over time, this job grows on you, which is why she recommends SOL to her friends. The most important thing is to notice colleagues more, because even a small compliment can make everyone\u2019s day better.<\/p>\n
